An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months. jiliqqq will attempt to notify you via your registered contact details before any dormancy policy is applied to your account. A monthly administration fee may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs, and this will continue until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the member. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete the identity verification process if prompted. Any remaining balance at the time of reactivation will be available for use subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
jiliqqq provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity issues on your end, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to any individual member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
